ADOPT A DOG!

 Update  JIMMY GOT ADOPTED!   Update

BMDCC Rescue is currently fostering (in the Montreal, Quebec area) an approximately 5-year-old male Bernese Mountain Dog who needs a forever home.

Jimmy was a stray, so we know very little about his history. He has been neutered and is up-to-date on his vaccinations. He knows his basic commands in French and is learning them in English, and walks quite well on-leash. Jimmy is an affectionate, happy boy whose tail is always wagging!

Jimmy is very thin at the moment; he needs another 25 pounds or so on him. He's got a few lumps and bumps that come with age, but nothing serious. He also has suspected mild hip dysplasia or ACL (knee) issues on his right side, but building up some muscle mass will help that. He is ideally suited for a home where he would be the only dog, or with a submissive dog and an experienced owner.

Jimmy is an absolute sweetheart and he'll make a wonderful family pet. Please contact me by email for an adoption application at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  if you think you could provide the forever home that Jimmy so deserves.
