• 22 numbered cones (1-20 plus Start & Finish) with Velcro strip
• 16 un-numbered cones for marking the multi-cone exercises (Fig.8, serpentines, etc)
• 78 spikes (to fasten cones to the ground on a windy day)
• 2 covered dog food bowls (for the off-set Fig.8)
• 1 accordion file for the storage of signs
• 1 bag for carrying cones, bowls and spikes
