If you would like to submit a photo, greeting, or advertisement for
publication in this book
the following prices will apply:

CARDS $10.00
Book pages will be 8 1/2" x 11". Ad dimensions - Full Page (7" x 9.5"),
Half Page (7" x 4.5"), Quarter Page (3.5" x 4.5").
All ads will be published in black and white. Please send uncompressed
images for ads with resolution of 150 dpi in either PDF or JPG format.
Deadline for submission of ads & photos is 5 June 2009.
